Professional Experience

Kaitlin Kajy is an Associate attorney in the firm’s Miami Office. Ms. Kajy obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, where she pursued and obtained a certificate in the Business of Innovation, Law and Technology: Business and Compliance. While in law school, Ms. Kajy received the Dean’s Scholarship. Ms. Kajy obtained her Bachelors degree in Political Science, with minor degree in Business from the Florida State University. She earned her degrees cum laude.

While earning her law degree, Ms. Kajy demonstrated an interest in contracts and negotiation, as she worked as a legal extern in the University of Miami Contract Administration Office, where she focused heavily on contract drafting and negotiation on behalf of the University. Additionally, Ms. Kajy was selected and served as a legal research assistant to one of her law professors where she provided legal research and writing regarding climate change for a book project. During her law school career, Ms. Kajy was a Miami Law Ambassador, where she volunteered in representing Miami Law in efforts and events for prospective and admitted students. Using her contract and transactional background, Ms. Kajy presently focuses her practice in first-party property defense litigation.
