Anthony J. Tinelli, Jr.
is an associate in the firm's Miami Office. Mr. Tinelli practices general civil litigation on both the trial and appellate levels, and specializes in first party property defense for both personal and general commercial lines policies.  Areas of experience include serving as coverage counsel for first and third party claims, bad faith litigation, fire/theft/fraud investigation, and windstorm coverage and defense. 

Mr. Tinelli received a Bachelors of Arts from Rutgers University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. While attending law school, he was appointed as the Articles Solicitation Editor and a Senior Articles Editor on St. Thomas University School of Law's Law Review, and was Competitions Chair on the International Moot Court Competition Team in which he served as a competitor and coach for several international competitions, including the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Mr. Tinelli also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald D. Hubbard of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Anthony is admitted to practice in Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the United States District Court of Florida.
