Andrew J. Rochen is a litigation associate in the firm’s Miami office who practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, insurance litigation, tort litigation, real property litigation, civil rights litigation, constitutional law, transportation liability, government liability and premises liability.
Mr. Rochen attended the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor for his undergraduate education, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of Political Science. While pursuing his Bachelor degree at the University of Michigan, Mr. Rochen made the Dean’s List six semesters and graduated with honors.
Subsequent to receiving his Bachelor degree, Mr. Rochen attended the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he received honors in negotiation and advanced legal research and was awarded commendations for his work in alternative dispute resolution. He was a member of the Real Estate Legal Society and the Cardozo Legal Society and was a finalist in the school negotiation competition as both a second-year student and third-year student.
Mr. Rochen is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a current member of the American Bar Association.
