Douglas A. McDuff
has had the pleasure of representing many and varied clients in almost (30) years of practice. Included among them have been legal and medical professionals and facilities, as well as matters involving the defense of both individuals and corporations in matters of significant personal injury and medical issues.

He attended Ursinus College, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, in 1974. During his tenure at Ursinus he was admitted to the National Social Sciences Honor Society. Thereafter, he attended Stetson College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1977.

Mr. McDuff is admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of Florida, having been admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977.  Also in 1977, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Subsequently, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

In addition, Mr. McDuff has served as a frequent lecturer for both NBI and Lorman Institute involving such varied topics as civil trial tactics, confidentiality of medical records and computerized medical record keeping. He is also an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Miami, Schools of Medicine and Allied Health Professionals.

Mr. McDuff's achievements throughout his career have been recognized by his peers, earning him an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by that organization.
