Emanuel Galimidi specializes in commercial and real estate litigation, commercial transactions and real estate transactions including acting as a title agent for The Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and OId Republic Title Insurance Company. Mr. Galimidi also represents private individuals in the purchase and sale of real estate both in the United States, South and Central America.

Mr. Galimidi has also participated as a guest for a popular internet website, www.asktheguru.biz which specializes in real estate transactions. As a “guru” Mr. Galimidi was interviewed regarding title insurance matters and fraudulent conveyances.

As a former Athlete Agent Mr. Galimidi has held licenses as a Certified Player Representative for the National Football League Player's Association, the Canadian Football League and the State of Florida.  

Mr. Galimidi is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and has been admitted to practice in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S District Court Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

While in law school Mr. Galimidi participated as a member of the International Moot Court Team for St. Thomas University. In 2003 the International Moot Court Team finished in Third Place in the Southeast Regional Final of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.

Prior to earning his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, Florida, Mr. Galimidi obtained his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 1999.

Mr. Galimidi is fluent in Spanish including the translation of documents from Spanish into English.
