Aaron S. Finesilver completed his undergraduate work at Brandeis University, double majoring in English and American Literature and Politics. Mr. Finesilver then attended Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated cum laude. While at Suffolk University, Mr. Finesilver was Associate Managing Editor of the Suffolk University Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and on the Moot Court Executive Board. Mr. Finesilver published an article entitled "A Refusal to Produce Corporate Documents: The Fifth Amendment's Protection of Former Employees," in the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy, Volume VII, 2002.
Mr. Finesilver worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony offenses. Prior to coming to Lydecker, Lee, Behar, Berga & de Zayas, Mr. Finesilver worked as an associate at Blaxberg, Grayson, Kukoff & Strauss, P.A.
Mr. Finesilver's areas of practice include commercial litigation, collections litigation, and real estate litigation. Mr. Finesilver has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 2002, and is admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
