Alan S. Feldman
is a senior associate attorney in the firm's Miami office. Mr. Feldman practices general civil litigation with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation. His practice areas include appellate advocacy, cases involving alleged unfair business practices and unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, hospitality and public accommodations law, contract interpretation and drafting, corporate separation/severance agreements, due diligence of a major hotel chain's acquisitions, insurance insolvency, construction litigation, labor and employment law, Americans with Disabilities Act, civil rights law, administrative law, education law, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, contract disputes, and general litigation. Mr. Feldman has also been responsible for local government employee investigations to ensure compliance with governmental agencies, and has extensive experience managing large health care and administrative audits for public and private institutions.

Mr. Feldman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan; and, a Juris Doctor degree at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. He received the highest honors in Labor Law and was published in the Resource Guide for Users of Science and Technology (a National Forensic Science Technology Center/National Institute of Justice Project).

He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals of the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and, the United States Bankruptcy Courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Feldman is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.
