Yoav J. Attias is an associate in the Miami office, specializing in complex commercial litigation, appeals, contractual disputes, labor and employment law, and insurance defense litigation, including personal injury litigation and insurance coverage litigation.
Mr. Attias received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2003, complimented with the distinction of Honors Cum Laude. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Major in International Economics. Accompanying accolades include being a member of the National Honors Society, Blue Key, and Omicron Delta Honors Society (an organization reserved for the top student in the field of economics).
Mr. Attias attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and graduated with Honors Cum Laude in 2006. In the course of law school, Mr. Attias achieved Dean’s List honors on two occasion and was awarded the Harry F. Goodmark Scholarship for his academic accomplishments.
While in law school, Mr. Attias was conferred a Pro-Bono certificate in return for his dedicated volunteer work at the Legal Services of Greater Miami, whereupon he assisted lesser privileged members of the community with legal aid and support. Upon receiving his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Attias returned to his home town of Miami where he remains a committed practitioner with unwavering direction and integrity.
