Anna Frusciante is a litigation associate with the firm's Miami office, focusing her practice on professional malpractice, constitutional law, civil rights litigation, government liability, and real property litigation.
Ms. Frusciante earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ms. Frusciante earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Frusciante was conferred a Pro Bono Certificate in return for her work with Catholic Charities Legal Services, Inc., where she helped provide immigration legal services and support. Ms. Frusciante also served as a judicial intern for the Florida Eighth Judicial Circuit, as well as a teaching assistant to first-year law students in both legal research and writing and appellate advocacy courses. Upon graduation, Ms. Frusciante was selected for membership in the Order of the Coif, an academic honor society for law school graduates.
Throughout her law school and undergraduate careers, Ms. Frusciante worked as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters for youth in Miami and Gainesville, Florida.
